Terms.
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy. These will be added to you shopping cart. You can check the cart at any time. When you have finished making your selection, follow the on screen directions. We accept credit card payments with Visa, MasterCard, Amex as well as PayPal, EFT (direct deposit) and Eftpos.

Shipping and handling.
Postage costs are escalating! Wherever possible, we will use the most economic method to get the goods to you in the shortest possible time. Post or Couriers (recorded and tracked delivery) will be used for items less than 5 kg’s, anything more than this our Freight Company (carton carrier) is used with is a Track and Trace service. Certain items such as special offers/orders, may have their own postal/delivery rates built into the programme, will also can or may carry an extra surcharge. We will endeavour to use the most cost effective method to get orders to you. Postal costs: If you order incorrectly, postal costs are non refundable. If we have sent the goods incorrectly, we will exchange, and refund your return postage.
Returned goods.
If for any reason you need to make a return, e-mail us at info@xtremesportsmachines.com We will issue a returns note number, along with a forwarding address. In all cases any returns must be sent by a recorded type carrier. This will protect you and your purchase. We operate a 14 day returns policy, after which time only goods deemed to be faulty will be accepted for return. Items on clearance or special offer will not be accepted for return other than faulty. Any returns should be accompanied by either the original, or a copy of the original paperwork. Certain returns may be subject to a restocking fee of 10%.
Delivery.
At Xtreme Sports Machines, we pride ourselves on having excellent stock levels, and we only advertise what we have, so delivery is usually from stock, and should arrive within 3-7 working days. There will however be times such as peak periods of demand when we either run out or have immanent supplies coming in, so please allow up to 14 days. When an item is out of stock, we will back order it for you, and will e-mail you with the option to cancel the order if you would rather not wait. At no stage will we process any payment until we are ready to ship.

Our site uses a 128bit SSL encrypted software system, and orders are only deciphered after they reach our computers, making it safe and secure for all.
